Original Co-Founder of The Coterie in Sacramento, her work has been featured in Vogue Japan, Vogue Italia, Brit+Co, and Refinery29. She has worked backstage at NY and Paris Fashion Weeks for brands like Off-White, Carolina Herrera, Elie Saab, and Jason Wu. Known for her hand-painted balayage and soft razor cutting, Shelly’s “less is more” approach creates hair that feels effortless, lived-in, and grows out seamlessly. Whether in the salon or on set, she continues to make her mark in the hairstyling industry.
